Shower was dirty, shower head was corroded and had bad water pressure & inconsistent temperature, bugs in the room, HVAC was extremely loud, had to turn it off, breakfast was not good. I felt location was also advertised inaccurately. I wanted a hotel near the airport, this was 10 minute drive with many hotels closer.

The staff were friendly and so very helpful. The room was very clean and the location is great when needing to get to the airport early. Appreciated the shuttle service and the help of the employees to figure out the best time of departure. Would definitely stay again

Very convient! Took shuttle to airport - on time and great service. Loved that the breakfast started at 4am. Plenty of places to get something to eat right around the hotel in fact you wouldn't even need to drive - can walk to several restaurants. Will pick this hotel the next time we need to fly out of Pittsburgh.
