The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and they pick up from the air port 24 hours (unlike some that claim they have 24 hour pick ups, but make you pay after 11PM). I also liked that the breakfast went clear to 10AM, nice since I came in after 1AM and needed to sleep in a bit. I made a mistake on my booking, but the manager helped me correct it immediately. I know one other visitor had a room with a pipe that leaked. With all the extreme heavy freezes we got, such things do happen. (Pittsburgh was completely shut down just a couple days before this). I could see the visitor was upset (understandable), but the staff dealt with them with courtesy and respect.

The shuttle to the hotel took over an hour. Every time I called the hotel I was either hung up on or the guy was very rude. The room was very outdated. There were 2 stink bugs in the room and the radiator was very loud. Breakfast was horrible and the eggs were not fit for consumption.
