Batib did not work was not told was going to be charged for parking upon arrivalthey just sent me a code to park..no pool snd this was one of the main things why we picked this hotel...had no directions on who when and if we could do room service...kids very disappointed this was a little getaway before the holidaydso disappointed

The tub in the bathroom filled with water during my shower! Plumbing time! Breakfast was a joke since the restaurant in the hotel didn’t have a cook, so all I could get was a muffin!

The location was convenient to wonderful museums, great dining options, and the UPMC Medical Center. All of these options were safely walkable. The staff from the front desk, dining, and cleaning were all helpful and friendly. When we return to Pittsburgh, this will be a go-to location for us.

Our bathtub would barely drain, so we were standing in ankle deep water during a shower. The maintenance guy came to the room, brought no tools, just showed us how the drain plug worked & left. It was not fixed. Not even any tissues in the room. Parking garage clearance was only 6’, they offered us outdoor parking but there was a snowstorm coming overnight and we were headed to a nearby hospital for surgery in the morning. They coul not guarantee that their “other garage” would have any parking spaces open & I had my 89 year old Dad & 87 year old Mom with me so I needed to park close.
