Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your previous stay with us and taking time to write us a review. We are disappointed reading that we did not live up to your your expectations of a 5 stars hotel and we want to apologize for the inconvenience caused of the sunbeds. Indeed the reservation with the towel is forbidden and we wish you had told us if you couldn't find available chair on the pool so we could have helped you to find one.
