When we checked in we went to pay the city tax and noted a considerably higher amount in the screen to be taken. We questioned this and was told we had to pay for the full room, we had already paid in full (minus the city tax) on booking and even with proof of payment we were told if we didn’t pay we would not be getting a room. Ended up having to pay for the second time and almost a week later we have still not received the refund we have been guaranteed by hotels.com

La chambre Ă©tait en bon Ă©tat. Le petit dĂ©jeuner adaptĂ©. Cependant, une alarme incendie a sonnĂ© Ă  07h30, sans que la rĂ©ceptionniste soit Ă  mĂȘme de savoir comment la gĂ©rer. Une collĂšgue (probablement de l'ibis voisin) est intervenue pour lire les informations sur le cadran, elles sont allĂ©es voir, puis l'agent d'accueil n'a pas su comment faire ensuite pour Ă©teindre l'alarme. Pour un Ă©tablissement recevant du public, il serait primordiale qu'une formation soit mise en place pour tous les agents travaillant dans l'Ă©tablissement afin que les rĂ©actions adĂ©quates soient immĂ©diates en cas de rĂ©el incendie.
