It was a great overall experience. The staff were attentive. The restaurants were reasonably priced. The room was clean and the room service was very nice. I was in town for a conference and my only complaint is the handling fee for every package you have delivered. It seems a lot of companies are nickel and diming you nowadays.

The staff at the property are great. They helped get a cab scheduled for me to go to the airport early in the morning. The area around the hotel is a little sketch. It is downtown Portland. The room was clean, but the tub didn't drain well. The cleaning staff made it look nice each day though. Overall, I had a good stay.

We booked a room with two queen beds but the room provided to us was with two full size beds (smaller) instead. The toilet bowl was very small in the room - kids size. Breakfast was very slow - we waited for almost an hour for our order.

It was not clean and up to the standard that I associate with Hilton. For a $100 I can find a much cleaner and spacious room at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed with the money I spent. And then no free parking was also a let-down.
