Nice neighborhood

The area was great and I thought the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The one chair in the room was a little uncomfortable, but the chair for the desk in the room was good. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but the adults thought the water was kind of chilly. The bathroom was okay but could have used some updating. The fellow that checked us in was awesome and very helpful.

We reserved the suite with the hot tub. There was no hot water anywhere on the floor. Hot wate4 re5urned in the morning however we paid extra to get the hot tub but it didn’t work. When listing the hotel it should be pointed out that there is no elevator…

Property was clean and in good location. there was plenty of food choices around that didn't required driving too far. On the other hand, the place was not quiet. There was a lot of people making noises and talking loud late in the night and early in the morning.

The staff was welcoming. I appreciated the staff keeping an eye in the pool area and coming to talk to the kids (and Grandmother) who were jumping and splashing in the pool. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from.

Room was ok. Carpets dirty in hall and stairs, no elevator to 2nd floor, no elevator anywhere. Pool and hot tub out of order. Very hard to find. Entrance signs burned out. Breakfast ok but limited to basics.
