Dirty, outdated and no elevators

Hotel is very outdated and dirty. They put us on first floor and the widows screens were broke, holes in the sheets and the floor was gross and sticky. The chairs at the desk were ripped and old. Felt very unsafe. Asked to be moved to second floor and they moved us but hotel has no elevator so had to carry lots of luggage upstairs. The employee at the front desk in the morning was rude. Will never stay here again.

Old but good, mildew AC

It is an old but nice hotel, the front desk was very accommodating. An issue that I had was how much musty mildew odor came from the air conditioning and from the room when I walked in.

The room window was close to the parking lot and I could hear people outside and starting their car. I could also hear people talking in the halls and trying to open their doors. It was so loud I thought they were trying to open my room door. The airplanes were also loud but sounded like thunder so it didn’t bother me too much. You do have to pay for parking once $10 and you get it validated every time you leave

The entire hotel has a bad smell and just feels dirty. Staff was nice though and check-in was easy. Convenient and dependable airport transfer.

Hotel was clean, the only issue was parking. There is a $10 a day parking fee which was fine, but one of the days (that the ticket was validated at the desk,) we were still charged when leaving the property. Went to front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Stayed there 5 days was disappointed with the response.

This is always my spot whenever I fly in to Portland or about to leave from portland! Super convenient, parking is super easy, it’s quiet and has free shuttle to and from airport!! That’s all I need for just 1 night. Just 5 minutes from airport

Things not working.

The phone didn’t work, toilet filling time was about 7 minutes and the hair dryer wasn’t hooked on wall anymore. This room needed serious help. But it was clean and bed comfortable.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The front desk lady was very nice and funny. The airport shuttle guy was very nice and helpful. I would recommend staying here. I felt safe and welcomed with my 2 kids.
