I want to take a moment to recognize the front desk staff. The agents I interacted with throughout my stay were kind and incredibly helpful. Agents were wonderful in helping me navigate public transportation to my desired destinations and I appreciated the additional food and entertainment recommendations that were given to me when my plans changed last minute. As for the hotel itself, it is located in a great area and it was very easy getting around on public transportation as well as walking. There are so many great places to eat, drink, and explore within walking distance of the hotel. This includes that two restaurant in the hotel which I made sure not to skip over! Further, I appreciated the overall cleanliness of my room and the property itself. I can confidently say I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again in the future.

Front desk staff friendly & helpful. Room with a balcony great on a summer night! Room is clean & comfortable. I really appreciate the ceramic mugs & glassware! (I travel often & the trend for paper or styrofoam, even in upscale hotels is tacky & not good for the environment!) lots of dining & shopping options around. The Paramount was a great find.
