Hotel was a little out of the way but we chose this as it had a pool. The rooftop pool was lovey. It was small and the only gripe I have is that there was absolutely no shade to be had. The air conditioning stopped working in our room and as Porto was in the middle of a heatwave in early July we really felt this. They could not move us room as it was full. They did get a fan which helped. The description of our room on the website did state there would be a coffee maker. When I pointed this out to staff I was made to feel like a liar. When I showed them it on the website they figured out that the Portuguese site had been changed but not the English site. Didn’t really get an apology. The staff in the bar were so lovely. Always time for a chat. Lovely garden area where you could chill out during the day. This hotel is lovely but not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity. I would not stay here again if I returned to Porto simply because there is so many other options and I would try another area.

Hotel was clean and comfortable the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new and big. The only grip is the room is a bit on the small side. If you on the front of the hotel the traffic noise is very noticeable

A wonderful city which grows on you by the hour

The hotel is very well located just a short walk from one of many squares. It is ideal if you’re driving to Porto as it is accessible by car and there is on-site parking
