Dear guests E&G, Thank you for having taken the time to review your stay with us. We're very pleased to read that you've enjoyed your stay at our apartment and our beautiful city. The check in is from 3pm until 8pm (this information is on all reservation platforms and we also send it to our guest’s email), because we need time to prepare the apartment after the previous guests departure. But between 11am and 3pm you can always leave your luggage with us. Our Property (which is over 400 years old) is located in the heart of the historic center of Porto, classified by UNESCO as World Heritage. For that reason, we were not allowed to change the original structure of the building and the front facade balconies are the original ones. Reservations are made for a specific apartment. We provide all the information about the apartments (as well as photos) on the different reservation platforms, but we are always available to provide further details. In a big city, with so much tourism, the problem of the homeless sometimes appears.They are harmless but because they are constantly changing places it´s a dificult social problem in the historic city centre that the City Hall of Porto, the police and the social services are always active in solving.
