The AC unit or something kept making noise throughout the nights we stayed there. We couldn’t figure out where that was from. Therefore we couldn’t sleep for hours when something is beeping every couple of minutes. Other than that, the location is good and safe, room is clean.

The elevator was broken during our stay and it was an inconvenience to bring luggages down the stairs from the top floor. Other than that, the location is great and top attractions are easily accessible from the hotel.

Nice little hotel in a perfect location for a tourist visit in Porto. Friendly and helful personel. Nice room - with quite a wiev! And a good breakfast.

The hotel was fine but let down by the lack of hot water for two of the three night stay. No offer of compensation, perhaps a free breakfast would have bee appropriate?

The locality is spot on. Right in the middle of the Ribiera district. Rooms were small, but clean plus the beds were comfy. Size doesnt matter when you are a single traveller anyway. One complaint us the the shower was cold on 2 of the mornings I stayed, which isnt good. We complained and they fixed for a bit.

Great location, obviously noisy outside, but comes with the territory of being in a convenient tourist location. Rooms could be a little cleaner, but not too bad by any means. Great staff.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a room with a great view of Duoro valley river. The room was spotless clean, beds were comfortable and daily housekeeping was great. You will not find a better location than this. It was well worth for the price. Highly recommend
