This hotel is located in a super busy, super convenient area. The staff is friendly. I had issues charging my devices in the room and they helped me charge my iPad and power bank. The room was moderate to small size. It’s outdated and feels similar to a hostel rather than a hotel. With that said, the price per night is good and the room was clean.

great hotel right by the river. friendly staff, good twin room with very efficient airconditioning. didnt try the breakfast as numerous cafes close but for tea and a pastry. excellent location, could see the bridge and river from our room.

Excellent historic hotel at the waterfront with a spectacular view of the Duoro river. Our room was very comfortable and cool with the AC. The breakfast was excellent with a nice sitting area with windows to the square and river. The staff were very nice and helpful. I look forward to staying here again.
