Aurus Hotel is conveniently located. Easy walk to Charles Bridge, Old Town and other sightseeing. Lots of shops and dining options. The hotel also offers airport transportation for a fee of 850Kc and is easy to set up. The luxury suite was just as pictured in the photos. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is not a “hotel” in a modern sense. It is an apartment without a kitchen. It is perfect for a small family. They do not clean and they only provide coffee for the first day. Someone came by to drop a few fresh towels and we asked for more coffee. The air conditioner doesn’t seem to cool. Just blows room temperature air. We noticed a mini refrigerator tucked in a corner on our way out the door on the last day. All this to say, if you have a kiddo or two traveling with you, the space is great and the location is terrific.

This hotel has a great location, a great view, and a very good room. However, there were "issues" with the property that really lowered our ratings. Not in any particular priority but for awareness: 1) The hotel advertises a king bed but it's actually 2 doubles pushed together making a queen and it has 2 double combo cover sheet/comforters which means it's not really conducive to sharing. 2) There is no onsite concierge - turns out this hotel is run by a central reservations a few blocks away. 3) There is no phone - to talk to the reservations you have to install WhatsApp or walk to their central reservations. Installing WhatsApp outside of the US doesn't work when you cannot get an SMS or email. 4) There is no room key - instead they send you an key code to use to get into the building and your room electronically. Of course, they don't do this until right before your stay so if you cannot read your email you have to go to central reservations for them to give you the key code. 5) There are only a few rooms in the building and access to the rooms is via a spiral staircase and/or an elevator - it can be a bit tricky in spots. Also, the automatic lighting doesn't light up quite correctly so when you are going down the stairs the top light lights up but not the middle to bottom until you reach a certain point, so you are in the dark for part of the stairs. 7) There was no control we could find to turn on the heat in the room. I would say more, but at max chars...

Good hotel to stay

Great location, nice and clean room, customer service is good too, the only con is a little bit noisy in one night from drunken youths downstairs.
