The hotel was fantastic. Our room had a view of the river and was huge! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Its location was excellent, just a few minutes away from the Charles Bridge.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Prague, just steps aways from famous Charles Bridge. Locations was just perfect, Close to everything. Hotel staff was wonderful, welcoming and very profesional. Great stay in Prague

Brilliant hotel, absolutely stunning and great location in the centre of the city. We had a problem with our duplex room, aircon was faulty. But the great staff sorted us out straight away with two rooms. Would highly recommend the hotel

This is a perfect hotel for people who wish to explore the old city of Prague and actually stay in the heart of it. It has an easy access for taxi service, a Lime scooter parking out front and a 24 hour front desk. It's an old building with lots of charm as well. We spent two nights here and everything was right at our fingertips. The beds were decent, the elevator was large enough for bags (yes, that can be an issue in older places) and the staff were helpful. Our room had really high ceilings and was just what we needed to crash in after a long day sightseeing.

Excellent location for Prague. Room was very nice and clean. Would caution light sleepers to ask for room away from street. Trams run late and noise and track rumble can be heard. Just a heads up otherwise would recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel within minutes of key attractions. Rooms are clean and big, good ac unit helped keep us cool during the night In the heat wave. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Very helpful staff.
