Because there is no international rating convention I would not class the hotel as a 5*. The rooms were modern, clean and the reception area was bright and the staff were helpful but it was just not luxury.

Got no sleep 1st night because we wer put next foor to stag party. Complained next day to manager. We were not even offered a complementary drink for out trouble. Very disappointed. We wer there to celebrate my sister 60th birthay. Wont stay there again
