Incredible hotel, impeccable cleanliness, rooms decorated with taste, respecting old traditions and yet allowing all modern comforts and amenities. Staff is outstandingly polite and friendly and helpful (especially the lady at the reception!). Breakfast is a feast with lots of options for every taste, with local specialties and amazing bread and pastries. And location - perfect for sightseeing or commuting for day trips from Prague.

I highly recommend staying at the Haštal Hotel. Its location in the Old Town is truly unbeatable. The wonderful, caring staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. As a family-run business, the hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel offers free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and pastries all day long, which is such a lovely touch. There are also comfortable common sitting areas both indoors and outdoors where you can relax. Breakfast provides a wide variety of choices, including several nice options for vegans. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a unique charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped onto the set of a Wes Anderson movie. Truly a gem in Prague.

The customer service was excellent. When we arrived, Tom on reception was so welcoming. We asked him for some food recommendations and the two restaurants he suggested were great. The room was tidy and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the reception. We also visited the 1920s/banker bar and the service was exemplary. Our stay was great value for money and would definitely stay again.

This hotel was just beautiful. I loved the location, the decor and the service. The breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed listening to the classical music and the ability to have a hot drink whenever I wanted.

At check-in the concierge was not friendly at all. Looked like a grumpy old person. The room was very small and basic. The TV is just a 15" computer monitor on your desk.. Most of the channels don't have a signal. At the breakfast the juice was watery, the pastries were days old, no decaf, etc. Location is good.
