Great location-close to everything. The room has the bare minimum: there is no teapot or microwave, so breakfast is the only option if you want to eat at the hotel. I'm not sure about other guests, but I got food poisoning after breakfast (however, my friends staying at the same hotel didn't have any problems). This hotel is definitely good for a short-term stay.

Lovely comfortable beds...great powerful shower. Clean...and only minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Good value. Down side...if your room is at the front...a tram stops outside every minute...which is quite noisy! No hospitality tray which would have been nice. Basic but adequate room. this place is a hidden gem. its not a 5 star, but it is a great place to stay. its close enough to everything. the staff are great and the check in was easy. the room was clean and comfortable. also, because you need a code/card for everything, it is safe. the breakfast was amazing. the choices are standard to other places, but it was fresh, good, and you can get your fill. the staff work hard to keep the place clean, and you can see it. i would definitely stay here again.

Big drawback is smokers blocking the door most times we came and went... overall Europeans seem to smoke and vape all over without a care for blowing smoke on others (including my child), but the hotel could establish a no smoking zone around the main door
