Classy, classic and clean

The hotel has a wonderful classic vibe, with friendly and attentive staff. The deluxe loft room was spotless and the rest of the hotel in good condition. The breakfast was quality but please get an additional/larger toaster! The location of the hotel is perfect with most of the main points of interest being a short walk. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Rooms were extremely small. It’s a beautiful property but in need of some remodeling. Elevator didn’t work so we had to use service elevator that only held four people at a time or two with suitcases. I would probably not book this hotel again.

I stayed in Prague only for one night on my way back home. And this hotel was excellent choice. It’s very convenient right in the middle of everything although it’s not noisy,. It’s on a quiet street, walkable distance to everything . For just €10 I got upgraded to a huge room with three windows and amazing view. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. You can’t beat their location.

The check in process was simple, although there is only one staff member at the desk. The luggage was taken care of by another staff member who was also very friendly. There is a single elevator up to the room. The room itself is old but can be nice if properly maintained. Unfortunately, there were stains on the bedding and the robes, the room itself wasn’t properly clean, and there was no hot water in the morning in the shower or sink. Also, the shower head was not correctly connected so the water sprayed out in every direction causing a mess in the bathroom. Overall, this could be a very nice boutique hotel if properly maintained. The location is perfect for walking to all of the main tourist attractions. However, it was pretty disappointing for the price we paid.
