Room was ok, beds were comfortable, I called to the front desk to see if they might have a corkscrew as I had purchased a bottle of wine after a long 12-hour drive. I was told that they couldn’t help me? When I questioned why she said she would check and call me back.i never did hear from her. Luckily I found one in my husbands shave kit. I just thought customer service could have been better.- we stayed in the same hotel on our way up, what we found or what we felt was because we had used hotel.com and saved $50/nite we were kind of treated as not a priority. It was my first time using this app and considering I travel a lot I will continue to use it. It baffles me that when you call the hotel direct and ask for their best room price it is that much cheaper through a second hand app. I find this frustrating but will continue to use hotel.com as I saved myself almost $100 on both stays

I would have a hard time recommending this hotel. I understand that they don’t offer a breakfast like other hotels, because there is a restaurant attached. However, this place does not open up for breakfast until after 8 am.. The hallways are filthy with rubbish on the floors and when I asked an employee about breakfast, she told me to walk to the restaurant only to find it closed. Hotels excuse was “it was a Saturday”. Will I come back…I would have to see if they clean
