"Interesting!!! A good reception area where the staff were helpful. Great sea views and an overall quirky feel to the hotel, that looks like an old prison but I believe was an old governmental building. Where things were unacceptable was in the restaurant or food area. We as guests (including a few other neighbouring guests I witnessed), were made to feel like a burden, by some staff (not all). They seemed confused to who was a hotel guest and who was a paying restaurant guest (the restaurant served both) . A small reminder: if the hotel guest has paid extra for full board, they have already paid for their food and should be given the same respect."

"Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour."
