Beautiful hotel to stay. The infinity pool on the roof top is amazing with a drink and snacks. There are many restaurants as options to dine every night. The spa was great. I used the paddle board once and was fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options for food. What we loved the most is the room. We have a hammock, hot tub, amzing view, mini bar, room service, with smart fixtures. We would like to stay again.

We loved everything the resort had to offer. The north tower was amazing. We had the ultra corner suite and the rooms and views were amazing. The food was good. There was only a couple things we didn’t like. One being when we first got there. They were very insistent at check in to get us to go on a tour of the resort and try to get us to book a future vacation. We were there a short time and didn’t want to waste time do that but they kept trying multiple times. Another thing we disliked is that. We paid for the all inclusive but it wasn’t really all inclusive. If you wanted fancier or more premium food or alcohol. It was an extra charge. While there was still great options on the menu. Half the menu was an up charge at the restaurants. Overall it was a great time and experience. We would go back.

I have traveled around the world and stayed at so many resorts and all inclusive hotels…but Hotel Mousai is definitely the all inclusive resort I’ve ever experienced. I can’t say enough about how much I love this property. The staff is excellent and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. The resort itself is beyond exquisite!! We stayed in an Ultra Corner Suite South (King) - that over looked the ocean and the mountains. Breathtaking!!! And for all the comments you see that say the decor looks like Vegas is absolutely not true. I have been to Vegas several times and this is not even a comparison. The layouts of the rooms are so well thought ahead. They are super large with wonderful open layouts. In regards to the food… I’m a foodie and it’s hard to get me to like anyone’s menus or food. But I give them a 10/10. Every meal including their room service is amazing. My husband and I are planing to come back in the fall when they have the new additional towers up. If you’re thinking about staying at this resort…don’t think any longer. THIS WILL BE YOUR FAVORITE RESORT! If you don’t mind kids, consider Garza Blanca…which is the sister property and they are all connected. Hotel Mousai is an all adult property with north and south towers. South is the newer property.

Mousai is everything it advertises online + so much more. Staff was incredibly hospitable and warm. Greta was our butler and Benna osvaldo ricardo were all amazing at helping to make our short stay unforgettable. dear Mousai team, thank you so much for hosting us for our first time in Puerto Vallarta. This has been an exceptional holiday week we will forever remember. The hotel, garden, spa, bedroom and rooftops are absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed our bedroom with its amazing view and ensured to use the jacuzzi daily. The room was always clean and ready whenever we came back, and the room service was perfect. The food and cocktails were beyond exceptional as well, from Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Bocado's, we have been eating at Michelin restaurants all week, and that's a huge compliment coming from us, very picky Frenchies. We were even more pleased by the level of service, kindness and empathy your team offered us, which makes really your hotel a special place.
