Best hotel and experience ever!!!!!! From the moment I arrived to check out, every single staff member went over and beyond for me. I went for a solo trip for my birthday and everyone made sure it was special. My corner suite had the best view with a jacuzzi and a hammock. It was breathtaking. The resort is beautiful, the service was outstanding, the FOOD and DRINKS were amazing, every meal was excellent. If you plan to stay at the resort all day the all inclusive is a must. My only complaint was the restrictions on how to use your resort credits, it was impossible to use, so call the resort and ask because Expedia doesn’t give you that information

Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky in general. Everything else about this resort is 5 stars! I would highly recommend hotel Mousai to anyone!

We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️
