This place is great. Not perfect but a great deal for the money. Two pools one kids, one adult and a hotub. Right on the beach. Panoramic views from the main dining palapa. Three bars and nightly entertainment. Its ok. 10 peso bus ride to the Malecon or 150 pesos by taxi. The wifi here is surprisingly great. In the rooms and around the resort. Unlike the reviews I have read. Someone stepped it up. My data Esim card not needed here but helpful when on the road. No room service or fridges in the room. If not in the mood for buffet there is an Italian and Mexican restaurant that needs to be reserved at 1100am Sharp! Lol. The nearby Walmart is a great place to catch a bus to Sayulita, Bucurias, Nuevo, etc We would come back

Nice Little Resort

Nice little resort, very well-kept and clean. Buffet food was pretty bad, but they did have a hot station where they made excellent omelets at breakfast. The two special restaurants one Mexican, one Italian) had pretty good food, but you had to be at the property between 11 and 1 to make a reservation for the same evening. The restaurants closed at 5:00 and reopened at 6:30, so if you needed a snack you were out of luck. (There really weren't any snacks at all, except delicious guac at The Shack, for an extra charge, and not open every day.) The pool bar stayed open (very limited drink selection), but no seating unless you wanted to sit on pool lounger. Staff speaks very limited English, except a couple of the bellmen, who were very helpful. Checking in and out was a bit of a challenge. The adult pool was very nice.

We had an ok stay at this property. We picked it as we like to head off property and explore. Its location was very convenient for exploring PV, the Malecon and Romantica zone. Check in was fine. We received an ocean view room as paid for however it did not have a balcony as shown in pictures. The room faced the family pool and dining area. Breakfast began at 7 am however we were awaken by 6 am due to Clancy dishes as they were setting up. Coffee is not available until 7 pm. As we enjoy exploring we often were not around the resort at 11 when they demand you make reservations for the a la carte restaurant. Our first day we did secure a reservation however we were 8 minutes late and they would not allow us to stay. When we questioned them they threatened to call the police. Overall it was an ok stay however they are not flexible at all and being on vacation it would be better customer service to be more flexible. The buffet was ok but pretty basic. There was a great omelette station.

The staff at this property overall were very unfriendly. There were a couple servers that were friendly with us.We had a room above where the lobby bar is, and they have nightly activities which are very loud. No refrigerators in any rooms at all. As compared to other resorts, we felt they had an excessive amount of rules. We will not be returning to this property.

Our housekeeper was excellent, she did an amazing job cleaning our room daily. Most staff was really nice and tended to us very well. Clean facility, nice entertainment at night.

It is a perfect blend of all-inclusive vintage charm. Martin, Guadeloupe, Felipe, David and others were helpful and fun. Location offers convenient access to Malecon.

Started with attitude from the bell boy, Safe was missing lock and TV didn’t turn on. View from balcony was beautiful. Restaurants were great - typical buffet but the Italian al a carte was great! Some servers were impressive - David in lobby bar, Hugo by snack shack. 2 drinks max per person per trip to bar just means the staff have to wash more reusable cups. Adult only pool and hot tub were great.

Great place to stay for families as the activity director keeps family in mind. Rather noisy for retired folks. A little more variety at daily buffet would be enticing. Other than that cleaning staff and restaurant staff are WONDERFUL. This was my 3rd time staying here.
