The resort was very clean and the staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. Our room was clean and had a great view oc the water and mountains. Overall, this all-inclusive stay was underwhelming. The rooms and bathroom felt outdated and lacked space, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. The pool and outdoor areas were limited, leaving very few spots to relax and hang around if you are a group of people. Cleanliness was also a concern, especially in the public restrooms near the pool areas, which were not well maintained. The food was just average, with limited variety and not many appealing options. If you’re used to the standard all-inclusive experience in Mexico, this property does not quite meet those expectations.

I had the most pleasant and courteous staff during my visit. I had to make some changes and they were very accommodating. Lupita and Diego were very professional and helpful at the front desk but truth to be told, everyone I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurant staff were very polite. Thank you!
