The property is located far out. The resort is in need of upgrades badly. There are workers at the pool marking up prices on simple items. They are using the language barrier to extort people. I would probably not recommend.

The hotel quality was very poor. Room air conditioning didn’t work. The shower water never got hot. They turned off the water to toilet in the building where my room was located without any communication and told me to walk over to the next building whenever I needed to use the bathroom. The air conditioner at the speciality Japanese restaurant was broken during our dinner. The food was always stale and salty. This is by far the worse all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. Wasted time and wasted money.
