House needs a lot of TLC

Great location and size but overall we would not stay here again, we have stayed in the area about seven times now and have never had any issues beforeWater coming into kitchen from above, we suspect bath on first floor and did report this twiceHeating was being turned off through the hive system, when we complained the house was very cold (heating switched off after an hour) they said last occupants were leaving heating on all day, we didn't btwRaw sewage entering garden (under bushes we could see toilet paper and human waste) near outside dining area, this was reported and video sent to maintenance guy who we phoned and did a live chatOther issues were lack of wardrobe space in some bedrooms, no mirrors, smoke detectors missing, needed a good painting, only one radiator in each room which couldn't get some areas warm, especially lounge/conservatory, no advice on bin collections or a welcome book to advise on anything
