Great overall but very thin walls separating rooms

Great overall hotel. Only complaint area would be the thin walls separating rooms . Not the hotel’s fault, but a crying baby in the room next door fully resonated in our room throughout the night, which made for a terrible night sleep . It would be great if the hotel could find a way to better insulate the walls between rooms .

Expected more

This is a nice, modern, clean hotel, but the location isn’t great. Gym is a joke, random selection of random gear in a small room - including a knock-off Peloton bike (the ‘Echelon’) - really not good enough. No actual bar or other services.

I loved the property and the staff itself, the only downfall is its decor is dark so the hallways were a little to dark for me and I’m not a huge fan of soft beds due to my bad back. The experience was good overall and I would stay here again.

J’ai réservé pour une semaine pour un gros travail que j’avais à faire dans la région. J’ai l’habitude de réserver au Times à Sherbrooke et partout au Québec. Et j’ai fait l’erreur de payé mon séjour à l’avance. Ce que je ne ferai plus dorénavant. A mon arrivée ont ma informé qu’il y avait des frais de 15$ par nuits pour le stationnement. Extérieur comme à l’intérieur. Comme clients le l’hôtel j’ai été dessus. Normalement je ne paye jamais le stationnement. Lors de mon séjour j’ai dû quitter 1 jour plus tôt! Puisque j’ai payé d’avance. Il n’ont jamais accepté de me rembourser ma nuit de trop payer. Je vous recommande de ne jamais payer d’avance et de prévoir un ajout de 15$ par jour à votre tarif pour une nuit. Je voyage à chaque semaine depuis des années. Et c’est la première fois que je me plaint.

We stayed overnight and everything was just perfect. From the fireplace to comfortable lounge area, cannot complain. Glasses were sparse in the kitchen cabinet, but not a big deal.
