Had a delightful stay - excellent/caring service

Spouse found the bed a bit hard but I slept well. Breakfast and staff were great. This is a family owned business for over 17 years. The owners personally service customers and take pride in what they do. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Older building with washroom that needs repaires to flooring, sink, caulking. Stained Counter needs replacement. Would not stay there again unless significant work to washroom done. Microwave oven was dirty. Walls paper thin and can hear every noise.

Nice clean room. No problem checking in despite my lack of French and the host clearly being Francophone. Nice modern AC. It has the amenities advertised which are those of a mother inn. Price was a key consideration and it’s worth the price for the location close to Quebec City.

Accueil chaleureux par les proprietaires. Bon dejeuner frais . Propre sauf que la chambre de bain a besoin de renovation. Les voisins d'en-haut avec 2 enfants etaient bruyants même à minuit. Manque d'isolation pour le bruit.

It is a very quiet place. Rooms are nice. But had to pay an extra $20.00 per night for a ground floor room. Which I think it is a rip off for someone with bad knees. No choice to pay because they have no elevators.

At almost $200 for a night, I didn't expect overall first glance looks old and tired. At check-in, I was told breakfast is an additional $30 for my husband and I. (My bad for not noticing this wasn't included). Chairs were set outside tge room, both with cracks/broken. Inside, a strong mold/musty odor. Entire room very outdated. Cigerette burn marks on top of the fridge and even the bathroom floor. Bathroom door doesn't close as if the door was too big for the opening. The heater/rad in the bathroom was completely rusted. Matresses were hard, very small pillows. Linenes however were clean.
