The hotel is located near town, about a 10-minute walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’m especially grateful to the team who assisted me when I first arrived — I couldn’t open my luggage and was panicking, thinking it was only my first day of a 16-day trip! Thankfully, the staff acted quickly and helped me open it. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. The receptionists were also very welcoming and accommodating. The room was cozy, clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well I didn’t wake up until 11 a.m. the next day! I strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a happy and memorable one!

Outstanding lakefront view with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Was about an 8 minute walk to downtown/waterfront but it made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough! Good spot for a pick up from most tours.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Check in was seamless and the room was clean, spacious and had everthing we needed including a fabulous view of the lake and mountains. Coco Cabana Restuarant is a must visit. Food and service was 10/10. Expedia VIP benefits were great. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping was done too late in the day, only being serviced late afternoon. This did not allow you to return to the room to refresh, relax during the day if necessary before heading out for the evening. There are large mirrors and metal beams in the rooms, neither of which were dusted for quiet some time and we had to wipe all these down.
