The view was amazing and the location was great for the price in queenstown. Walking distance to queenstown gardens, the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. We had a car and never needed it while in town. Friendly staff, decent size room and clean. Would definitely stay again

The room had a beautiful view of the lake. It was convenient to the downtown restaurants. The climb up the hill from town may be strenuous for some. Housekeeping was a bit sketchy. Trash was sometimes not picked up daily. When we used glasses and mugs they were not removed and clean ones provided.

The cleaning people were horrible and should all be fired. The bathroom wasn’t touched the first day. Bathroom garbage can was still full. The bed was made half ass. The sheet wasn’t even tucked into the mattress and bed spread was just thrown over and mattress and pillows in the same position they were left left. The third day the do not disturb sign was on my door and I was in the shower. They opened the door anyway. My friend tom Fortin had similar issues in my second room. Bathroom was never touched. He was slightly late checking out. They entered his room while the not disturb sign was hanging and he was showering too. They called his room relentlessly until he answered the phone. All the other employees at the front door and bars did an awesome job. The poor service from the cleaning people is going to cause the hotel to lose business.

Great hotel very walkable to the downtown area. Bathroom was great with ample hot water, strong water pressure. Room size was good, table for two, kitchenette and eating utensils, plates etc. Staff were lovely and the restaurant had great coffee and meals brekky, lunch and dinner.
