Good option near airport

Good option when staying near airport. Only cons is checkin is rather slow when you arrive almost at midnight and just want to go to sleep. Usually we come in on the shuttle with several guests wanting to check in and it takes a very long time. Also, an entrance to avoid driving all the way to the roundabout when taking the shuttle would be great. Shuttle service is good and leaves the hotel on schedule. Breakfast is also good and fresh.

i was told they would wake me up with a ring call at 4 and would have a shuttle ready outside and i was called at 6 nearly missing my flight because of it. very disappointed. they also took a $100 deposit for some reason and then did not reimburse it on top of my $170 on the night

Stayed at this property for multiple nights on a tour going to Galápagos Islands and the Amazon. Not your typical Holiday Inn that you may experience in North America. Very clean and higher end hotel. Dining options were very good and good Bar options. Had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub.

Ive stayed here many times. This is a great property. However, this time, I was a bit frustrated with the airport shuttle. I waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle. Not only that, the shuttle was not marked "Holiday Inn" . So by the time I got my luggage from my flight, to my room, it was just over an hour. After a very long flight, long day, that is too much wait time to get to the hotel.
