I gave this hotel two stars because it was impossible to get any rest. The staff—cleaning, security, and front desk—all keep their radios at full volume, starting as early as 7 a.m., which kept me awake after arriving at 3 a.m. Additionally, the walls are extremely thin; you can hear everyone walking in and out of rooms. Definitely not a place to relax or get proper sleep. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay when connecting at Quito airport (far from city center so not recommended if planning to spend time in the city). Restaurant and bar were open and offered large to-order menu until 10:30 pm, which meant we could have dinner after our late arrival. No-charge airport shuttle was quick, easy and reliable; Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; room was clean and spacious and even available for early check-in; staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend if you need to stay by Quito airport.
