We had 3 people in a suite--no pillow for 3rd persons and no sheets for reversible bed Mattress had blood stains No one came to clean room during entire 3 days stay We had to ask for towels at last night for the morning staff was polite and friendly though

After traveling for 4 hours, my room wasn’t ready at check in time. I waited 30 minutes and after getting my belongings up to the 6th floor and ready to relax, I open the door and it’s still dirty from the people before. I’ve never had that experience in my life.

Staff seem underpaid and too small in number for the tasks they have. I would blame that on management. The air conditioner in the room is an old fashioned amana-style box from the 1990s - the size of a low bookcase. It was extremely loud- unusable at night when trying to sleep. I’d stay somewhere else next time.

My Observations and Suggestions

Always enjoyable but had some suggestions. We had a double bed room (321). It had 2 desk areas but only one chair and one lamp and no outlets at the second desk. The shades would keep the room more private if they opened top to bottom.
