Double Trees are generally pretty good, this one wasn’t one of the better ones I’ve stayed at. Front desk staff was average and not very accommodating. Bar and restaurant staff were great and the food/value was very good

I loved the Doubletree for the little extras. Cookies are always good and they had a great makeup mirror. We were there to visit family so didn’t spend a ton of time in the room. The breakfast was very good and fresh. When we had a problem with the room safe it was fixed promptly. I would stay here again.

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner was really good. They do need to limit the cookies though. I gained 5 pounds (smile). Had wasps in my room but they quickly responded to try to help. I would stay here again.

This hotel is currently experiencing renovations, the parking area is limited. The convenience to the mall and restaurants is a plus but with that comes traffic at the entrance and exit of the property.
