I absolutely loved this hotel because of how it was right in the center of the North Hills Shopping Center. It was also beautiful inside and very well kept. My only complaint is that there was no fitness room, but it’s not a necessity just a nice to have.

Mixed Bag

This hotel was lovely. The staff was fantastic. Special shout out to restaurant manager Dee who is amazing at her job and clearly loves it. However, anytime I use hotels.com there is an issue. No matter how nice the hotel, I always get a room that feels less than. And if something goes wrong and you book through a third party, the hotel can’t do much. For example, house keeping never turned off the alarm in our room and it woke us up at 6am. Then at 9 am, house keeping just full on came into our room, despite the do not enter door knob sign. I did mention it to the front desk and they said they’d give me 3,000 points, but that’s 18 dollars…but they never did add the points. I plan to contact hotels.com customer service, but I don’t have much hope! The hotel was in a fancy to us area. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The air conditioner was very loud and road noise was also loud, so I’d request a room not on the highway side. All in all, I’d stay here again, but would not book through hotels.com.

I had a room at the end of the hall above the roof w/HVAC units and right beside the interstate. I'm pretty sure the entire back of the hotel is on the interstate. It was VERY loud. Really hard to sleep, bathroom smelled like mold. Food at the Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was 2 stars at best. I didn't stay long enough to check out the amenities. Nice location

Great staycation

The state was very comfortable and in a great location. Lots of entertainment and amenities within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that when the cleaning staff came we were about to leave to allow them to get started and let them know it would be a couple minutes. By the time we left, maybe 10 minutes later, the staff had moved on and didn’t clean the room that day. Wasn’t a major problem, but it did stand out a little
