Front desk staff rude since arrival and not helpful. WIFI never worked, we call front desk and she gave us a phone IT line that we call from our mobile phones, 30 min to connect 1 device and we couldn't connect others. When trying to check out, again staff rude, told me they could't check my charges bcs no system, I understand system is not their fault but the way they were talking to clients, also they told me no wifi was bcs they didn't give me the appropriate instructions.??but not even apologized The room, the breakfast ,and the cleaning and breakfast staff really nice . But you don't feel welxome by the fron desk
