STAFF were #1, absolutely excellent staff, so welcoming, friendly and hardworking, plenty of entertainment and great breaky. Pool and swim up bar were really awesome. All amenities especially the A/C was just spot on. We have stayed 4-5 times, but we have never seen so many intoxicated guests with food and vaping in the pool. I wouldn't stay in our same room again as it was a joining room and we could hear all the loud yelling from next door early hrs in the morning and the person was loud as all night and slept during the day so my husband had to go over 3 times to ask him to stop yelling. The room on the other side also came out at 1am and 3am and said they are to loud. That rooster had us all chasing it away at 4,45am, it made a funny conversation by the pool with other guests. We recommend to all friends to stay at club Raro as the staff and amenities are great and its adults only.

Staff excellent, went out of their way to make arrival great, even put a happy birthday message on the bed several times. Was a nice touch. Serviced daily, free snorkel gear to use and take off site. Ref shoes also available to use. Would happily recommend and stay there again.

The daily cleanliness of the rooms, the most welcoming and friendly staff you could ever ask for, aqua socks and snorkel sets provided and the fact it's an adults only accommodation meant waking up with no screaming kids while you're trying to nurse a hangover. This type of hosting and accommodation was a game changer to our girls trip, and I'll definitely recommending and stay again in the future. BEST. TRIP. EVEERRRR!!

The fridge didn’t work but was fixed or replaced 2 days after and by then our food and the milk went off. Being placed next to the pool area is not advisable unless you like listening to music and drink conversations.
