The Staff were welcoming and very helpful in resolving my concerns. Felt the need for Smart TV in the room, need to upgrade those. Breakfast on first day was good, second day they were out by 9.30. Many guests were disappointed including us. Should focus more on that.

The doom and staff were great. The noisiest hotel I have stayed in. At 2 am another guest Had enough and yelled down the hall. It was banging from 9:00 to 2 in the morning.

The room was amazing! I did notice, however, that there was hair in the bathtub and sink when I checked in. There was only one bathrobe, and the room was not refreshed. Other than that I will be back! :)
