Yeah we didn't interact with a single human during our stay. What we did interact with was the check in kiosk where I found out that the Nugget Casino charges a $40 resort fee. I thought our stay was going to be around $100, but after taxes and fees we payed over $150. We stayed in the casino tower which we found out does not require your room key to travel up to your rooms, unlike the newer "Resort Tower" which does. There was graffiti in the elevators. Our bath tub had hair in it and the room just felt like it was cleaned a month prior.

There is only housekeeping on demand and there arent coffee makers in the room as advertised on Expedia. You actually have to rent the coffee maker. This is unacceptable. You need to remove coffee maker from the Nugget ad on Expedia. Also, the service is horrible. When checking out, the clerk didn't ask how the stay was. It seems no one cares how your stay is going, if there is anything they can help you with. The hottub/Jacuzzi was not in service either. Overall,miserable times at the Nugget.
