Our room on the 20th floor had the windows facing a rail yard. All night I heard the banging and screeching of the rail cars being moved and connected. Also, we stayed 2 nights and did not get maid service until an hour before we checked out.

The self check in was fine. We stayed in the resort tower 20th floor. There was no coffee and 2 paper cups for drinking. I called housekeeeping to see if we can get drinking glasses. They said no we only have paper cups. We went down stairs and order drinks and they allowed us to take the glasses up to our room. The king size bed was sagging in the center. Other than those annoyances the room was clean.
