The staff at the desk were friendly and checking in was a breeze. The lazymans chipino at Johns Oyster Bar was the reason for my visit and it did not disappoint.

The pool was closed and that is why we chose to celebrate a birthday there. The room was tidy. There was fresh towels and bedding but the room was not clean. (the walls, counters, door handles, remote control) Staff was hopeful and polite. The $50 surprise surcharge when checking in was not appreciated. Never a good thing to get a surprise charge.

We lucked out in getting a good parking spot. Our room was clean. We had a good variety of pillows, (soft, hard, overstuffed), but the mattress was uncomfortable. We were disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. But then the handle on the toilet broke and they didn't fix it when they said they would. Thankfully, there wasn't an additional resort fee for using the lobby restrooms. Breakfast wasn't included and the hotel restaurants were mediocre. But the servers were great! And I will never try to use a kiosk to order a meal ever again.

The pool and spa were shut down there is no free breakfast I don't know where that comes from? It was dirty the casino resort is not clean. There is no way the two queen beds are queen they are double. They refunded me one night of resort fee but should have not been charged at all they didn't have the pool or spa available it was
