Dirty NON SMOKING room that reeked of cigarettes, blood stains on the sheets. Room service never cleaned our rooms during our stay. Hidden resort fees that were never disclosed to me at all. 0/10

The elevators only had 2 out of 5 working so it took over 40 minutes to get up or down.. the bed had ripped sheets, shower leaked. The pool attendant left so the parents let the kids cram in the hottub kucking and hitting people.. and when asking how to get to our room the attendant was rude.. never going back
