This was our second time staying at this hotel. Just like our first time the room was clean and had the amenities we needed. There was plenty of towels. The hotel front desk clerk named Hailey was very accommodating. My reserved room was nowhere close to my sister in law’s family and when I told Hailey this she was able to switch it to the next door of my sil’s room. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Reno, especially because by the time we are back the elevators will be upgraded.

The young man that helped me when I arrived, was quiet & asked no questions. He checked me into a room that not only was a 6 minute walk from the desk but I opened the door and the room had wet towels on the floor, food everywhere, bed was a mess, etc... so I had to walk the 6 minutes back to the desk, to wait in line, to not even get an apology, but handed keys to a different room without any spoken words.. this room was on the 20th floor and definitely did not seem to be a resort room which I booked..

The room was clean but smelt like old dirty carpet. The housekeeping did come and spray. Not sure if spray was worse. The bed was so so, fine for me but my husband was uncomfortable. The next morning I went to take a shower and it literally took 4 minutes to warm up enough for me to shower. The staff was courteous, no issues in that regard. Just felt that there needs improvement in the rooms, maybe new carpet? Hot water when turned on, not after quite a wait.

The room was clean and the shower was nice and hot with plenty of water pressure. However the whole hotel is outdated. Eventhough the bed was comfortable, the room was stuffy and the traffic and train noise made it difficult to get a good nice sleep. The food was mediocre. I can't say I would stay there again.
