Stop doing military discounts. Food was sub par. No respect for sinoer citizens. Linens did not get changed out at all for the week that we were there. Started knocking on doors asking if we were leaving 2 hours before we even were required to check out. Food at Rosie's is way overpriced for what you're receiving and some of the races staff were very rude and disrespectful. Coffee was $9 for a tall coffee when it was supposed to be $9 for a grande. My family has stayed in this hotel for 20 plus years on and off and we will never be going back sad day.

The room was ok, clean, but could use an update. The hotel itself is old, but the smell of smoke was horrendous. We have stayed at other older casinos but the smoke was not bad to handle. We also booked here because their website is advertising their year round indoor pool, and when we checked in and asked the front desk clerk said it was closed and no reason why. Nonetheless, we made the best of it and our rooms had the perfect view of the sunrise.

I rented 2 rooms for my daughter’s birthday, property charged me twice when I arrived including a $100 deposit for each room. When I checked out they said they released the deposit and all was paid. Two days later they billed my card again for the 2 rooms while still having the others pending
