Nice facility and rooms are nice, but rooms have no soundproofing so could hear everything in next room . If you are a gambler the blackjack tables only had the shoe to play in the morning’s unless you wanted to play the $25 table. Breakfast is not free but their restaurant was good and they also delivered to room for extra fee. $40 resort fee is ridiculous , but all the casinos that I know of in Reno charge that . Oh also could hear everytime somebody in near by room turned on the shower. Sports book is nice. Workers are very friendly . I would probably go elsewhere next time , just because of the soundproofing issue.

The whole experience from the valet to the room was amazing. The waitress in the cafe was wonderful! The only issue was the bell person. She literally slapped at my mom’s hand when my mom went to catch her pillow that was falling off the cart. We get doing her job and protecting our belongings and she hadn’t seen my mom with us but had she been paying attention to our belongings, the pillow wouldn’t have almost fallen off thus avoiding the whole situation in the first place.

I am an elderly person with a back condition. There were no luggage carts or any loading or unloading zone. The parking lot was some distnce from the building making it nessesary to drag lugage and carry bags a gret distance to the building elevators. I will never return when I visit Reno again because of this huge problem for me.
