We have stayed here before and although it is not 5star, the rooms are clean and renovated. The problem this time is that the room we were given is right next to the road and traffic noise kept my wife awake much of the night, causing a migraine. Also the parking for our car was not good. It was right against the main road and was wet and muddy as well as insecure.

This place is very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. However, my AC unit kept breaking down and my key stopped working. As I said though, the staff were very good at dealing with these situations.

Pros: Great Location, clean room, parking out front Cons: No breakfast, No cable TV (just app access - if you have a psw), could have had a warmer blanket, as it was cold the day we were there and they had removed them for summer and we had to ask for them twice after the first desk attendant said he'd bring one out of storage - but never did and we finally got one on the second request. (Not a deal breaker!) Overall - for Waterton - about what you'd expect for the price given these hotels have to make all their $$$ in 5 months.
