I am glad the place is getting remodeled. I really hope you are updating the entire bathroom and the lighting. The support/headboard pillows are also very sad and tired. The elevator is scary. The staff is great though! They were helpful and responsive!

It is currently under construction, which we didn't know when we booked reservation. Elevator was filthy. Room was mediocre. It was advertised as having breakfast included with room, but it did not have breakfast. We were told that chef had a "crisis" during the night. There was no complimentary coffee/tea/water in lobby.

Room was (partially) redone and was very clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Bistro was understaffed especially in the morning. Always big black laundry carts in hallways. To be fair, the hotel renovations were a work in progress so that may explain some of the shortcomings.
