The hotel is very pretty and staff are nice. Amenities are great as well. Only two things will need improvement: tidiness and sound isolation. During my stay, I can feel hairs on carpet (not mine lol) and I can hear neighbors’s voices.

This is a great boutique hotel in a cool part of Richmond. It’s the downtown art area, only comment is that some of the common parts look a little run down. The carpets outside the lifts are very run down and grubby but overall the hotel is terrific. The roof top bar is wonderful as is the restaurant in the lobby.

Quirky, you won’t see many people over 25 anywhere

The hotel is fine, it is clean and comfortable. The room is well equipped and has a fridge and coffee machine. The street it is on is not good. Closed shops, vape shops, thrift shops. It is surrounded by a university campus.
