All around experience was just terrible they had booked out the room I was initially supposed to get so sent me to another room where the AC did not work then sent me to another room where the AC didn't work and the door didn't lock properly and told me they could not help me with anything

Had booked 2 rooms and one room had water leaked from fridge defrosting. Asked for a change of room but was told all booked (eventhough we dis not see many cars). Provided 2 towels for water but no maintenance. The coffee maker had sparks when tried. Attitude could have been better.

Trash outside all around the property; inside rooms things were falling off the walls/ceilings; towel rack hangin off the wall, smoke detector coming out of the ceiling. Sofa bed mattress was stained. Room was dusty. Bathtub was dirty and mold was in the shower corner. Staff couldnt understand me. Pool was closed, paid full price for all amenities and couldn't even use the pool which was the point of staying in this location. They didnt know when it would be fixed and said they could refund us the money and just go elsewhere; everyone knows it takes up to 10 days to get a refund so we werent spending all of our money on just hotels. Hotel tried to charge double upon arrival even though i booked through expedia. Staff was rude. The lady there was nice, but the others werent friendly at all.

If you are into "needing maintenance", "a little dirt" and "not feeling safe", then this is your place. Our family is not and would not stay here again. The check in guy had zero personality and gave no helpful information. The indoor pool was closed and the lady working said it just broke that day. The algae said otherwise (remember the scene from National Lampoons Vacation?!) I was told that the manager would contact me but he never did. The key scans for the exterior doors were broke which allowed anyone to just walk into the hotel. We were staying multiple days and our keys only worked for one day. One member of our party (nevet been to the front desk) ask for the key to be programmed for room ###. Woth no questions asked, no ask of name or idea, the front desk person programmed for that room #. Hello lack of safety. The shower was dirty and the over all feeling of the space made me want to keep shoes on and not touch anything. The beds have a weird metal frame that need wd-40. There's no air circulation and it's noisy from traffic and doors slamming making sleep a challenge. Spend the extra money and find another place.

There is a 100.00 deposit/hold which seems a little high compared to other hotels and although clean it shows signs of cheap repairs— for example the toilet paper holder broke off and it looks like it was glued on under the sink…
