Please teach other hotels how to be as pet friendly as you are! True is the only hotel chain that has beds where cats can’t hide inside the box springs or weird paneling they put under the beds. I have had to pull my cat out of four or five box springs from other hotels and now she is having an allergic reaction to all of the filth under there. I wish they would design beds the way Tru does. Please open hotels in more cities!

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Only issues were the tv didn’t work, some live channels which weren’t very good. It had apps on it but was not connected to the internet. I would skip the free breakfast. Obviously they tried to make it nice but the eggs were powdered and the plastic ware was very flimsy.

Hotel was nice & the area we were in was clean but the lady at the welcome desk when we arrived was not wearing a bra and in sweatpants. She did not look professional at all although she was very nice. The pillows were terrible and there were not proper curtains on the windows. The truck stop next door lit up our room the entire night and that caused the 3 of us to not sleep well before our 14 hour drive home today.
