Cozy beachfront apartment in Rincon
This beach apartment is located in the wonderful City of Sunsets, Rincón, Puerto Rico! It has access to a beautiful private beach in front of the building and also to a private pool deck with lounge chairs and tables. It is conveniently located at a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the Town Plaza, where you can dine in amazing restaurants, shop in boutique stores, or enjoy fun activities like cafes, ice cream parlors, and libraries. And most important, it is close to many other beaches!
The space
The apartment is on the fourth floor, which you can access by the elevator or stairs. It has two rooms: the first room has a queen bed, and the second room has a three-bed bunk bed. Between these, there is a bathroom with running hot water and a long hallway closet.The living room is very spacious and it connects with the dining room. It has a sofa-bed that fits 3-4 people comfortably. The kitchen is directly in front of the dining room, allowing for a nice flow of conversation and enjoyment. Lastly, the apartment has a nice and spacious balcony.
Guest access
Guests have access to the beach during all times, and access to the pool area until 10:00 PM. There is also access to one reserved parking right in front of the building, and since it is within the electric gate, it is very safe! However, you will still be able to find additional parking outside the gate and close to the apartment.
Other things to note
There are many accessories for the beach inside the apartment, including water blasters, boogie board, water tubes, and buckets!
IMPORTANT RULES (these will also be displayed inside the apartment):
- Every item in the apartment is accounted for. Anything that is missing or broken will be deducted from the initial deposit.
- No food is allowed to be left in the fridge or cabinets. Everything must be taken or thrown away.
- The trash must be taken out at the end of the stay and deposited in the designated area at the parking lot.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES AT THE END OF YOUR STAY WILL RESULT IN THE DEDUCTION OF THE INITIAL DEPOSIT WITHOUT REFUND.
