The room smelled funny. Also, we were down graded after paying for a suite. They should have adjusted the difference in price. It is conveniently located though so that was a plus. They need to improve the smell.

The property sits next to the freeway, which is convenient, however the area draws a lot of truckers to overnight on the street in front of the hotel which may be off putting. I was traveling as a solo female and did not feel unsafe. The property was clean, well maintained and the bedding was great. Loved the extra pillows!

First, we were very disappointed of the room that was provided to us (open layout with an adjoining door). We asked to be moved but were told there were none available. We booked our reservation through Expedia a month before so we expected to get the room we requested. Staff were not very friendly, which includes at check-in and in the kitchen area. Also, the breakfast area was dirty/messy and coffee was empty. The maintenance ladies cleaning the rooms were super friendly and helpful, which made our experience a little better. Another drawback was that only one elevator was working during our whole stay. We stay at this Hampton Inn every year but after this experience we will be looking for a different hotel.

Decent property. The 2nd floor hallway had a strong Oder of cigarettes and marijuana. Room was clean staff was very friendly and professional. They have good security at night.

THIS IS A SMOKING HOTEL. The hallway to my room on the 2nd floor smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke and so nauseating that I had to hold my breath. Even my room smelled awful. The carpet in my room was dirty it made my feet black turn black. There was no freezer in the fridge. And there was mold growing on the shower walls.
