Hotel staff was all very nice and friendly. Helped with what I needed. Bad timing for one day the pool was being tested so no swimming but the kids survived. Cafe staff was kinda on the rude side, not friendly until it came time to pay the bill. So thinking then she decided to be nice to get a tip. Didn’t come to see if we needed anything else during our eating time. Overall though this was my second stay at this hotel and the hotel delivered excellent service and it was perfect for what we needed.

The suite was nicely laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional. The walk in shower was the best I have ever experienced. The major downside to the bathroom was it lacked an elevated toilet and grab bar which would have helped physically challenged guests

Our experience has been nothing but amazing. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, centrally located and the free laundry and free hot breakfast were the icing on top. We will definitely stay here again. Wonderful accommodations.

If for some unforeseen reason I need to go back to Mayo Clinic I will most definitely stay here! Awesome staff! Clean! Conveniently located! 10/10 ⭐️! Sharon and Milton are wonderful! Only negative I have is I think the Staybridge should offer some kind of reception daily! Once you get back to the hotel from appointments it’s nice not to have to leave again! And enjoy a light dinner and cocktail! 😊 M-W are great but Th-Su should be added!
