Everything was exactly what it looked like. The hotel is one floor in an apartment building, so you do have to look look the first time you go to find the door, but once you’ve got it, you are good. The hotel is three minutes from the Spanish Steps, about a ten min walk to the Trevi fountain. It has a metro station right by the steps, so it’s super easy to get about. There is a carrefour right round the corner, so you can pick up supplies easily if you need to, the room had a mini fridge. It is near a shopping area for clothes too, we found this helpful when we had a sudden rainy day that wasn’t planned. It is clean and well kept, we had one night the air con wasn’t working and it was fixed by the next day. Marta and the other person that was there was excellent, and so helpful and easy to get hold of. Honestly, this was an outstanding find, and we would go back without hesitation (and we are bougie 😆).

The room was beautiful. Nicely situated near shops, restaurants, the Spanish Steps and the Spanga subway entrance. Perfect place to set up camp and find a dining option within a stone’s throw of the room. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

My husband and I came to Rome as our first stop on our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen this property. Our flight got in around 6am in the morning and while normally check in is at 2pm, Marta was able to get us a very early check in so that we could rest for a few hours when we arrived. She also was able to help set up transportation from the airport and it couldn’t have been easier! The taxi driver had our names written and was easy to find as soon as we grabbed our luggage from the airport. Marta was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The room itself was so beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and there was air conditioning. The location was absolutely perfect too! As soon as we stepped out the door, there were so many options for different cafes, restaurants and shops to walk to. We felt so lucky to be so close to some of the most beautiful parts of Rome too. Because of the location, my husband and I were able to walk 5 minutes down the road late at night to spend some time at the Spanish steps after the crowds had left. I always felt safe inside and outside of this property. The cleaner was very kind and always there to help us if we needed any additional towels. I can’t recommend this property enough! This property and the people who run it will always stick in our memories as part of what made our honeymoon so special. Thank you so much!!

Arriving late at night it was a little tricky to find the property. However, once inside it was comfortable and had character. The guest house is well located and there are several restaurants within a short walk.

Marta is the owner and she was very helpful through whats app. the property was clean had tea coffee cakes and water in the room. They cleaned the room everyday. clean towels and bedding. felt secured only people staying there knew the code to enter the building.

Our stay was fantastic! Host Marta was super helpful as was the other staff member we met. Marta went beyond with helping with planning transportation and helping in any way. They helped us with transportation, answers to all our questions ( and we had lots of questions lol). Close walking distance to absolutely everything, cute cafes and restaurants minutes away. Was a perfect central location with everything you needed and a cute common area to sit with other travelers you are with before ending the day. Room was super comfy and perfect size for the two of us. Even had snacks in the room for you for your arrival. Thank for a wonderful stay! We hope to return for another visit. . Highly recommend:)

Stayed three nights. Property was quaint, clean and property managers were quite helpful. Conveniently located close to Spanish Steps and Spagna train station. Many great restaurants and places to shop nearby. Would definitely stay there again!
