You should be ashamed. This hotel is closed and You should t get resarvations. I had a terrible first night i was looking For hotel in the middle of the night. I payed an extra night and the next morning i managed to get in the building of bellsuite o found out i was relocated. No body informed me no body have me a refund For the extra night i payed. And You are sending me useless emails. I will never use anything You provide. And I have informed every body i know about this cruel attitude of yours.

Worst hotel until now. No receptionist when we arrived. The keys were on top of the table with a note. Could not check in or check out. No free wifi, you had to pay to have wifi. No hot water during the entire day. None of the other rooms had hot water ether. Next morning there was nobody at the reception so we had to complain to the cleaning service. The cleaning service tried to contact the manager but he did not want to come and solve the customer problems that we were facing. In order to check out we wrote a paper stating all the names of the customers and our complaints and the cleaning service signed it as well with the confirmation that the rooms were in order after we left them and we returned the keys. We are still waiting for our refund as we booked it for 3 days and we only stayed 1 because all the issues we found.

sono disonesti all mio arrivo sono stato spostato in un altra stuttura senza nessun avviso.... ti lasciano un foglio col numero di telefono...da chiamare e ti comunicano dove devi andare. all mio arrivo alle 23.15 sotto la pioggia ho dovuto cercare i giardini del quirinale dove sono stato spostato. esperienza pessima ........ strottura sporca porte non funzionanti e acqua gelida. valutazione da 0 a 10 0......

The lady that served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was very nice. No one was at the front desk, ever, to help us with wifi issue or provide us with a crib for our baby. With no wifi we were unable to contact anyone for this. The room was well kept and in a great location.

L’hôtel est juste à côté de la gare Termini, donc bien situé, mais laisse à désirer. Il s’agit d’un demi-étage dans un immeuble et non d’un vrai hôtel. Il n’y a donc souvent personne à la réception. Il n’y a pas d’endroit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner qui se prend dans la chambre, et l’heure demandée n’est pas toujours respectée. La rue est très bruyante. Les matelas ne sont pas très confortables. La douche n’a pas de pression et l’eau chaude n’est qu’un fin filet. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne marchait pas bien. Très décevant!

Estadia ótima.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à diversos pontos turísticos, dando para ir a pé. Próximo ao metrô e a estação de trem. Café da manhã bem variado com frutas, cereais, etc. Recepção não funciona o dia todo, tendo que algumas coisas você resolver por si. Só fica uma pessoa mais no período matutino.

Deja mucho que desear cuando haces la reserva la página del hotel o la publicidad que tiene es un poco engañosa para empezar desde el momento que llegue llegue al a la calle donde se ubica el hotel y toco el timbre por estaba el 3 piso nadie me abría la puerta he pesado así media hora y nadie respondía hasta que salieron algunas del interior del edificio y pudimos acceder el edificio, una vez en el hotel no había nadie pero nadie , solo me habían dejado un papel con las llaves de la habitación y eso fue todo he ido a varios lugares y hoteles y es la primera vez que veo algo así , no se como en una ciudad de Europa todavía funcionen así La habitación que supuestamente tendría fue un fiasco , en fin no recomendaría a nadie este lugar

I like the staff, they were kind and helpful. The property is in a good location to access sightseeing. The elevator was impressive. The Spanish maid is a wonderful person. Christine was so hearty, she helped us to get our transportation back to the airport. There was another gentle man at the front desk who assisted us to get an adopter to charge our cell phones. This property was shabby, the curtain was hanging off in the room, there was no light in the bathroom, breakfast was poor, there was NO tea and coffee facilities in the room, only a kettle. We had to buy coffee and milk. There was no staff on reception, the cleaner was the receptionist, who spoke no English. We had to use SIRI to communicate. Safe didn’t work, I rang to report problems, no one called me back, even though he allegedly took my number. All photos on the website are a total lie, and you need to revisit before recommending this sub standard 1 star stay

We requested a crib for our 4 month old baby and nothing was there. Dangerous large wooden folding door above bed. Sinks and shower blocked. Razor left in bath when we arrived. No way to contact staff without international phone call.
