Comfortable stay, clean with modern bathroom. Great location steps away from Barberini metro stop, only 2 stop away from Termini train station, 12 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and about 15 minutes walk to Spagna and 20 minutes walk to Colosseo

It's ok. Not great.

The rooms near to be cleaned better they were both dirty the sheets were dirty. One room had a shower with no door so water would get everywhere regardless of how careful we were and had mold all around the shower and on the ceiling. The other one was more updated and was a little nicer. The staff was friendly enough in trying to help us accommodate however we had booked this eight months in advance and had asked for rooms that were near each other and ended up with rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. It required going out of separate doors and using separate unlock codes to access the properties after 6:00 p.m. The bed in my room which was the older room was definitely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. While open they are responsive to requests like asking for extra towels and blankets so I have to give them credit for that. Location is good right off of Barberini Square. The price was reasonable for the area. However, not sure if we'd stay there again.

The staff was outstanding, particularly Viviana. You should be aware that this is a tiny hotel, only 6 rooms. And the front desk staff is only available between 9 AM and 6 PM local time. But the bed was comfortable, the heat was plentiful, the shower was modern and hot water was also plentiful. The rooms are not soundproofed, but fortunately the hotel is located on a very small alley, so there wasn't a lot of auto traffic or late night reverlers.

Great location, okay stay.

Great location! I stayed here in December 2024, I had some problems with the room, but they were resolved quickly. The rooms are a good size, but you may need earplugs as you can hear everything happening outside your room - from the elevator, to other guests in the hall etc. There we no real curtains, but they weren't needed as the shutters did a great job. It's not so much a hotel, you stay in a room in an 'apartment', the lift is at the end of a corridor, outside. But it was a pleasant enough stay.

Spacious room, clean and staff cleaned our room and gave us new towels when needed. Shower was nice and big. Had hot water consistently and/or when needed. Staff were friendly. Property is close to bus and metro station (.03 mile) although, walk dies include uneven cobblestone road and up hill incline, not too steep, but noticeable. Italy, Rome area specifically, has many inclines and/or steps, definitely a work out. Unfortunately, the mattress was very thin and not comfortable. Hear control in the room what challenging and we could not control it well. When it was too warm we had to open a window for a bit. The TV controller did not work and we were up to early or back to late to ask for assistance. There was only one person at the desk and apparently did not communicate with the other person. We were told the hotel could give us a shuttle to the airport for 55 euros but the other person said he couldn’t until reminded of what colleague said, he then said it would cost 60 euros. Overall, the property is nice, has an elevator (small, only fit 2 person with carry one luggage.) larger bags or more people will not fit at one time. We had 4 let’s, one to our room, one to an outdoor, one to the property door and I’m not sure about the last key. Pretty big key ring, which is needed to activate the lights in the room. It’s a flat metal piece that slips into a slot next to the door to activate the lights and keep them on unless you manually turned them off. Good public transp

Be wary.

Absolutely awful. The guy next door had his things stolen from his room and saw fit to swear, scream and shout until 4am through the paper thin walls. No one to help in the hotel. Reviews say that stealing from the safe happens often in this hotel.
