Good hotel in nice location. Definately not a 5 star. Staff were very helpful. However we had to ask for tea, coffee, glasses, cups and even electric kettle upon arrival. Cleaners never bothered to replenish these items daily. The air conditioning in room is noisy making it difficult to sleep.

Great base for exploring Rome !

Fantastic hotel in a great location, room spotless and staff very helpfull. Only minor issue was that we were unable to get a night-cap at the hotel bar after 12 midnight. Overall would highly recommend.

Great base as long as you don't mind walking....

Fabulous stylish hotel in a good location, but I don't mind walking. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times and spoke excellent English. Room, bed & shower were all excellent. If had to be critical I would say the stylish chairs & sofas in reception & we had on in our room, whilst they look stylish they are not the most comfortable. Also if you like a hot breakfast, not a great deal of choice but lots of cold choices. But it was fine. I left my cosmetic bag & hair straighteners behind & they are arranging for them to be sent to me, so I'm extra happy !!

Awesome City Break!

From the moment we checked in, to the great cocktails after a day exploring, to checkout this hotel was brilliant. The location was perfection and the staff were very helpful in directions and helping us sort restaurant bookings. We completely recommend it those looking for an easy, modern hotel in the heart of Rome!

Good hotel via veneto

We stayed in room 701 in late October. Pros: good location in via veneto. All hotel staff were friendly. Good room and restaurant decoration. Clean. Amenity is co bigelow. Cons: the bathroom was stinking like sewage and could not stand. Did not inform the hotel since we thought maybe for the lower rates. But it would have been good if such information was there pre informed. Little Balcony was facing next hotel chimney with food smell fume coming out and anyway not much view could have been enjoyed due to next building. Breakfast buffet egg were cold. Overall, it was nice boutique hotel but not five star quality but four star. Different room which does not smell might be good choice.

Hotellin sijaintia on hyvä, metroasema lähellä ja nähtävyydetkin kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Huoneet / pinnat alkavat olla päivityksen tarpeessa. Hyvä hotelli, mutta ei 5 tähteä. Huoneluokan korotusta ei saanut. Aamupala varsin hyvä, mutta ei erityinen. Pieni kuntosali. Spa, jonka yhteydessä myös pieni sauna.
