Beautiful centrally, located property with an amazing staff, spectacular lobby and room. Very easy to walk out of the hotel and enjoy all of the sites and shopping in Rome. Highly recommend.

A beautifully fitted out hotel that lets itself down with poor service and just seems to have forgotten how to get the basics right. I arrived an hour before the 3pm check; the room was not ready which was fine as I was early, left my bags with the hotel and popped out for lunch returning after the check in around 3:30pm. Room still not ready and told housekeeping just checking a final few things. Didn’t get to my room until 4:15pm. Then to top it off was woken despite having the do not disturb light on at 10:15pm by housekeeping to deliver water and chocolates. After a long week of work with much travelling you just want to get into your room on time and be left to rest before travelling again the next day. This hotel failed on both counts.

Great location Very nice and renovated hotel Difficult to get cars to and from due to road ride sharing access but only a short walk. With bags to check in and out wasn’t great Between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain with high end shopping at every corner Would stay there again
