This hotel is very close to train station. The walls are thin so you do hear people coming and going, at different times of the night. It was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, they provide a light breakfast which was very nice. The beds are firm which I honestly think is just normal for the region. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures deceive. It’s not really a hotel.. some rooms in an office block. Very basic but clean. Inexpensive for sure. Nice touch: light breakfast brought to room.

Room was comfy for me and my girlfriend. The shower is small, but everything was clean. Staff were so nice and accommodating, really made my experience there 10 times better. Whenever i come back to rome i would book back with them!

Great place to stay. 24 hour desk with lovely, helpful staff. Good info and maps of central Rome provided. Easy to find, not too far from termini rail, metro, bus station. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (the recommended restaurant was great...VERY busy. The room was clean, towels and sheets clean and changed every 3 days. Quiet. Could buy tea or coffee any time. Simple breakfast included. Lift to 5th floor was great, if only for 2/3 people. Can pay to store bags after vacating your room. Definitely recommend.

the room was what i needed for a one night stay. quick walk to and from the termini, the water was hot, and the bed was comfy. it was a little loud as guests came in for the evening but during the night (after 12a) it was quiet - this might only be a problem if you go to bed early and are a light sleeper. you have to lift your bags up maybe 6 steps before getting to the lift - this was doable for me. service was good at the front desk. upon checkout, they had a to-go croissant for me since they knew i had an early check out; i did enjoy that :) i didn’t have an issue with having to return the key, but when i came back from dinner, no one was at the desk for about 10 minutes. i ended up having to reach behind the desk and grab the key for my room. it worked out, but not ideal. all things considered, i’d stay here again.

The room was OK. Condition needs some work, we stayed 4 nights, only last night had hot water in shower. Shower space is small, even for a small guy. Staff is courtesy to us and nice to offer breakfast at flexible time.

Very disapointed. After a very long day of traveling, when i got back to hotel from dinner, i was told there was no hot water. Also, i had no adequate heating in my room until about 3am. I won’t stay at this hotel again.
