Convenient location-walkable distance to Termini train station, Trevi fountain, Colosseum. The hotel was a good value for $99.00 rate I paid at booking. Good AC, updated bathrooms, clean and safe place in the very lively area of Rome.

We stayed here for 3 nights. From this location we could easily walk to the colosseun, Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. Bed was good and there was an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. Left our bags there on the last day before and picked them up prior to leaving. Only issue was the bathroom size which was quite small.

The property is aged, the furniture and the bathrooms are old and rusty. The facility is not well kept and it requires a major renovation to be worthy of the prices charged.

Very good walkable location. Quite and safe area. The hotel condition is very satisfactory. The only issue we had with a too firm mattress and hard pillows. But overall we were very happy with our choice of a hotel.
